Processing Time

 

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

 

Shipping Time (United States)

 

Most items arrive within 8-15 business days of shipment. Larger items such as monitor arms may take slightly longer. Tracking is provided for every order.

 

Shipping Cost

 

Free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate of $4.95.

 

Multiple Items

 

To get your gear to you faster, items may ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll receive tracking for each shipment.

 

Wrong Address

 

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it if the order hasn't shipped yet.

 

Delays

 

Carrier delays, customs processing, and peak seasons can occasionally add transit time. If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of shipment, contact us and we'll make it right.
