Refund policy
30-Day Returns
If you're not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. In most cases you won't need to return the damaged item.
Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and final-sale items cannot be returned.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 12 hours, your order may already be processing and cannot be cancelled, but you can still return it after delivery under our 30-day policy.
